Jayne Kelly Nordstrom is well aware of the pain and cost involved when ending a marriage or sharing children.  Her goal is to assist her clients in reaching a fair resolution either through negotiation or as a skilled litigator.

 

Divorce:  Ms. Nordstrom handles complex cases.  "Simple" divorces and disputes that arise after a divorce decree has been entered.  Her experience includes international cases.

Community Property: Ms. Nordstrom's years of experience include knowing which expert to use whether a forensic accountant, actuary, business appraiser or child custody evaluator.

 

Child Custody: As the mother of 6 and grandmother of more than a dozen Ms. Nordstrom has a unique understanding of the complexities involved in the needs of children. She has handled international custody cases involving Frrance, Ireland, Australia and Jordon.

Ms. Nordstrom is a member of the California and New York Bar.  She is admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the Federal District Court.  She graduated from UC Berkley with a degree in Political Science and received her JD from the University of San Francisco Law School.
